Andy is Operations Manager. He enjoys cycling, swimming and roller coasters. He is married with two teenage children and going grey fast.

We asked Andy:

If you won the lottery what would be the first three things you would do with the money? Go on a holiday and decide what to do next. Share some of my fortune with family and friends. Move house.

Are you an optimist or pessimist when it comes to your finances? An optimist, I always like to think I have made the right decisions.

What has been your biggest saving when renewing a policy? Probably about £80, as I check every year.

Best money saving tip? Use price comparison sites when you renew any insurance policies, you can usually save something, but remember to check the cover being offered is what you want.

Who do you think are the heroes and villains in the financial market? Heroes, are there any? Most are in the market to make money so only look after themselves. Villains - financial institutions who open accounts with good interest rates and then reduce them so you have to keep moving your money around, all very tiresome.
